The full spectrum of Army Hawaii Soldier Housing (ASH) services are managed by Goodwill Contract Services Hawaii (GCSH), an affiliate of Goodwill Industries of Hawaii.

The mission of GCSH is to provide professional vocational training, employment and life-skill services for people with disabilities or other barriers to employment.

GCSH has a long history of successful government, as well as private, contract services. This expertise brings superior customer service, excellence in communication and high-performance standards to ASH.

ASH employs more than 70 staff members, each of whom is committed to providing outstanding service to meet the needs of U.S. Army Garrison-Hawaii’s single soldiers.
