In-Processing
Welcome to U.S. Army Garrison-Hawaii single soldier housing!

Army Hawaii Soldier Housing (ASH) staff is here to make your in-processing experience as fast and easy as possible.

There are four main steps when you arrive:

1. Receive your in-processing packet and key to your assigned room.
ASH staff will brief you on all contents of your packet, which will include:
  • Furniture Hand-Receipt (2-copies)

  • Single Soldier Quarters Move-in Inspection Sheet

  • Application for Barracks

  • Liability for Damage to Assigned Housing

  • Room Clearing Standards

  • Current policies and procedures

  • 24/7 operation for lock outs and maintenance related issues

  • Key replacement procedures for lost or unserviceable key or card

2. Inventory your unit.
ASH staff will accompany you to your assigned unit where a joint inventory assessment will be performed. Upon completion, you will sign the hand-receipt and keep a copy for your records.

3. Fill out a Customer Feedback Survey.
You and your sponsor will be asked to fill out a Customer Feedback Survey. Your feedback helps to provide smooth and efficient processes.

4. Complete and submit the Single Soldier Quarters Move-in Inspection Sheet.
Within 48 hours upon receipt of your in-processing packet, you must fill out and sign the Single Soldier Quarters Move-in Inspection Sheet and return it to ASH staff. Damages reported on this form will be addressed.
